Tom McDermott has spent nearly twenty years in the technology industry, with three start-ups under his belt including AmazingMail. Much of his career has involved consulting – teaching organizations how to efficiently leverage their data to achieve desired results. Most recently, he spent six years working with organizations large and small - from colleges and universities to government agencies to Fortune 1000 companies around the globe - regarding optimal security and access strategies for their Intranet and Extranet environments.
Tom returned to AmazingMail in 2006 to lead the integrated solutions group, Integrato, overseeing the overall strategy, product direction and development as well as the go-to-market sales strategy for Integrato. As one of the concept developers behind AmazingMail's patented technology, he is naturally very passionate about the company's solutions, helping to educate people about a new paradigm in automated consumer communications – something he's coined Autogration.
